Durability of this bag is terrible, customer service is just as bad

Bought my first bag and it tore apart within one year, so I switched back to my old bag. Contacted customer service and they sent me a new bag which I thought was great. Since I already was using my old bag, I continued using it for a few years (out of laziness I guess :) ). I decided to switch to my replacement bag this past spring, and sure enough, it was torn again within 5 months. This time I contacted customer service with pictures and explained the situation, after 1 reply where they told me they would "take it from here", I never heard back. After 3 more unanswered emails over a month time period, they finally replied with "Your bag is out of warranty". Technically they are correct, but still very disappointing they wouldn't stand by their product.

Great design, material durability could be improved.

This is the second bag I have purchased. I love the design of the bag, however, the previous bag’s main carry handle broke within the first year and the fabric is tearing apart after about three years.
