I just received my replacement bag and am just amazed at how easily and quickly my problem was resolved. I was very satisfied with my original bag that I only had for a few weeks, it was light, very well organised and protected my clubs as promised. When a front pocket zipper failed I emailed Founders Club, sent a picture and received a new bag a week later. It is refreshing to see a company stand behind their products like that. Great Company!
